Return Process:
Initiate a return by contacting our customer care number or email support@emartgames.in on the day of delivery.
We arrange a reverse pickup for smooth returns (if applicable).
Product Warranty:
Items with brand/manufacturer warranty will be repaired/replaced according to warranty terms.
Return Exceptions:
Orders placed in error are not eligible for return/refund.
Prepaid Game/Gift Card redemptions post-delivery are non-refundable.
